Perinatal One-on-One Private Virtual Yoga Lesson
Experience personalized support and guidance through every stage of your pregnancy and postpartum journey with our one-on-one private virtual yoga lessons. This 60-minute session is designed to cater to your unique needs and includes pranayama (breathwork), asana (yoga poses), and meditation.
MEET YOUR GUIDE
Let me introduce myself. My name is Deondra Imani, and I am a certified and experienced yoga instructor with a profound passion for supporting mothers through their journey of motherhood. I believe in the transformative power of a balanced body, mind, and spirit for pregnancy, birth, and beyond.
Consistent yoga, mindfulness, and a healthy diet helped me have a beautiful and easy pregnancy, preparing my mind, body, and spirit for a natural unmedicated homebirth for my first child. This experience deepened my commitment to helping other mothers achieve the same sense of well-being and empowerment.
I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) at Nusa Lembongan in Bali, Indonesia, in 2023. I am trained in Ashtanga and Vinyasa styles of yoga, and I am experienced in guiding meditations, breathwork, and cleansing techniques that support both physical and emotional healing.
